This Grace Trail® has been installed under a license agreement from Grace Trail, Inc. at BID-Plymouth.
This BID-Plymouth Grace Trail was installed outside along the hospital Wellness Walk and provides the hospital community an opportunity to walk, reflect, converse and enjoy, alone or with others. The trail was installed with the help of the hospital Peer Support and Wellness committees.
