West Woods School Grace Trail®
We are excited to announce West Woods School Grace Trail has been installed. This is the first elementary education trail in the USA!
This West Woods School Grace Trail provides the school community an opportunity to walk, think, question, reflect, share and enjoy. You may explore it alone or with others. It begins with gratitude and ends with hope. This trail was installed in partnership between the Hamden Board of Education, the Town of Hamden, Connecticut, West Woods School PTA and with the support and leadership from teachers AnnMarie Blake and Kristen Bell and Principal Dan Levy. This Grace Trail® has been installed under a license agreement from Grace Trail, Inc.
